The directory stays intentionally small so each listing can be clear, useful, and honest about location and service area.
What a company needs to show
A company should have a clear operating identity, water-damage services, an office location that can be described accurately, and a stated service area that includes Weld County or named communities in the county.
Why a company may be left out
A company may be omitted when addresses conflict, the business identity is unclear, the local presence cannot be confirmed, the service-area claim is too vague, or the available information would require guesswork.
What a provider card may include
A card may show the company name, office city, a plain-language summary of water-damage services, the Weld County areas the company says it serves, and a note when the office is regional rather than local.
What provider cards do not include
Cards do not display company phone numbers, websites, email addresses, social profiles, map links, star ratings, reviews, testimonials, guaranteed response times, or “best,” “top,” “trusted,” or “recommended” labels.
Ordering and compensation
Listings appear alphabetically. Placement is not sold. The separate call-connection service may generate compensation, but it does not control listing order and does not mean a listed company will receive a particular call.
Updates and removal
A listing may be changed or removed when a company stops serving the area, office information changes, the business identity becomes unclear, or the description can no longer be supported.
Directory discretion
Providing information does not guarantee a listing. The directory may remain smaller than the available market when fewer companies can be described clearly and accurately.
